Community & Medical Transportation is available for Big Horn residents who are living in or near the Big Horn community and require transportation to Big Horn Health Services programs and activities. These activities may include, but are not limited to: Walking Groups, Friends and Family Groups, Sharing Circles, Elder’s Groups, Community Education or Trainings, Prenatal Classes, Cooking Groups, Food Markets and other groups or activities provided by Big Horn Health Services.
Booking Procedures:
- Requests for Community Transportation must be made 24 hours in advance.
- Clients must:
- Identify which programs they would like to attend;
- Provide their current phone number and the alarm number of the pick-up location.
- Please note transportation is provided to go to the event and then home. We are not able to stop for groceries, medications or other items. Thank you for your understanding.
